Chanoch Consutltation provides Industrial‑Organizational Psychology services exclusively to organizations, focusing on workplace behavior, leadership development, team functioning, and evidence‑based organizational tools. All other services offered by C.C., including personal and couple consultations, are non‑clinical coaching and educational services. These services do not constitute psychotherapy, mental‑health treatment, clinical intervention, or diagnostic evaluation of any kind.

Participation in all services is voluntary, and clients may disengage at any time during or after the service. All strategies, recommendations, and insights provided by C.C. are advisory, and clients retain full responsibility for how they choose to apply or implement them. C.C. is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or damages resulting from the use or non‑use of the information provided.

Payments for completed sessions or delivered services are non‑refundable, and no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered. By engaging with C.C.’s services, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature and limitations of the services provided and agree to these terms.

No Guarantee of Results

C.C. does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Coaching and organizational consulting outcomes depend on client engagement, implementation, and external factors beyond C.C.’s control.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Services provided by C.C. are not a replacement for clinical, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for those needs.

Confidentiality (With Limitations)

C.C. respects client confidentiality; however, coaching is not bound by therapist–client privilege. Information may be disclosed if required by law or if safety concerns arise.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold C.C. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in services or their application of provided recommendations.

Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, frameworks, and content provided by C.C. are the intellectual property of C.C. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Jurisdiction

All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be handled under Florida jurisdiction.
